A Penn Yan man was arrested late on Nov. 3 following a domestic disturbance that turned physical in front of children.
Police say Dameyon L. Miller, 22, was involved in a verbal dispute with another village resident just before midnight. The argument escalated, and Miller allegedly subjected the other person to unwanted physical contact while children were present.
Miller was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and harassment in the second degree. He was held at the Yates County Jail for arraignment in order to secure an order of protection.
