A Manchester man is facing charges after deputies say he was involved in a domestic dispute that turned physical.
Justin Brock Gushlaw, 36, was arrested by Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies on November 7 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing following an altercation with his significant other.
Deputies responded to the incident, described in the report as a “family trouble,” and conducted an investigation with assistance from the New York State Police. The alleged incident occurred at Gushlaw’s residence on State Route 21 in Manchester.
Gushlaw was taken into custody without further incident and transported to the Ontario County Jail for processing. He was held pending CAP (Centralized Arraignment Part) court proceedings and is scheduled to appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date.
