A packed meeting in Walworth saw residents slam the proposed Blue Heron development over fears it could damage wetlands and tank property values, according to WROC.
Neighbors told the planning board the plan puts homes too close to existing lots and lacks key environmental reviews. Town officials agreed, calling the developer’s application incomplete and demanding missing documents like a wetland delineation.
The board will resume public hearings once the required materials are submitted and the environmental review process begins.
