A 66-year-old Avoca man has been charged with harassment following a physical altercation involving a teenage boy in Ontario County.
Sheriff’s deputies say Samuel Stetter was arrested on Thursday, November 6, after an incident that occurred at 4078 State Route 96 in Manchester. According to investigators, Stetter was involved in a physical confrontation with a 17-year-old male.
Stetter was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation under New York State law typically applied in cases involving physical contact or threats. He was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in Manchester Town Court at a later date.
The case was investigated by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office. No additional details were released.
