Police arrested a Seneca Falls woman last week following a domestic disturbance that turned physical.
According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, officers responded on October 24 and arrested 35-year-old Nikita M. Pierre after an investigation into the incident.
Police say Pierre allegedly grabbed and shoved the victim during an altercation, then covered the victim’s mouth in a way that impeded her breathing. She was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.
Pierre was taken to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment.
