Deputies are asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted for criminal contempt and violating a court mandate.
According to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, 51-year-old James H. Pipes is wanted on charges of criminal contempt in the second degree and disobeying a mandate.
Pipes is described as a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and was born on December 23, 1973.
Authorities have not released details about the incident leading to the charges but are urging anyone with information about Pipes’ whereabouts to come forward.
