An investigation into a January incident led to an arrest Saturday in the Town of Starkey, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Jacob D. Catlin, 36, of Canandaigua, was charged following the investigation.
Deputies said the investigation found Catlin in possession of a controlled substance.
He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Catlin was issued an appearance ticket and released. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
