Deputies arrested a Rochester woman Wednesday after a shoplifting incident at Eastview Mall.
Annette Z. Cross, 25, is accused of stealing $49.50 worth of merchandise from Von Maur in the Town of Victor.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says Cross passed all points of sale without paying. She was taken into custody at the scene.
Cross is due back in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
