Artists welcome visitors for Naples Open Studio Trail Oct. 4–5

Art lovers and fall leaf-peepers alike will have the chance to explore studios, meet local artists, and enjoy scenic drives around Canandaigua Lake during the Naples Open Studio Trail, happening October 4–5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Now in its 24th year, the free, self-guided tour features 18 artists at 13 locations across towns like Naples, Bristol, Prattsburgh, Middlesex, and Branchport. Visitors are encouraged to explore the back roads, soak in the fall colors, and chat with artists about their work—all while browsing one-of-a-kind pieces for sale.

Returning this year are glass artists Paul Wilsea and Carol Obrien, who will show their work at Darryl Abraham’s studio in Naples. Popular woodworker Tom Glynn will once again exhibit at Scott Grove’s studio in Bristol, alongside painter Mark Stash.

Participating artists include painters, potters, sculptors, jewelers, furniture makers, and more. Many will offer demonstrations throughout the weekend.
