Bath man arrested for DWI after early morning traffic stop

A Bath man is facing multiple charges after police say he was caught driving drunk early Saturday morning on Freeman Terrace.

According to the Village of Bath Police Department, officers stopped a vehicle around 1:40 a.m. on September 20 for several traffic violations. The driver was identified as Brett W. Partridge, 32, of Bath.

Officers suspected Partridge was intoxicated and launched an investigation. He was arrested and charged with:

  • Driving While Intoxicated (misdemeanor)
  • Driving with a BAC of .08% or more (misdemeanor)
  • Speed in Zone (violation)
  • Failure to Signal (violation)

Partridge was processed at the Bath Police Department and released with an appearance ticket. He’s scheduled to appear in Bath Village Court at a later date.
