A Georgia woman and a Pittsford man were taken to the hospital after a two-car crash Friday morning in the Town of Farmington.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says the collision happened just after 11 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 8 and Allen Padgham Road.
Investigators say 86-year-old George Gradl, of Pittsford, failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a vehicle driven by 27-year-old Alyssa Smith, of Temple, Georgia.
Both drivers suffered minor injuries and were transported by Victor Farmington Ambulance. The Farmington Fire Department also responded to the scene.
Deputies said both vehicles were heavily damaged and had to be towed.
The incident remains under investigation.
