Police arrested a teenager after officers found a backpack containing cocaine and drug paraphernalia at a home in Waterloo.
Brendon L. Heath, 18, was taken into custody on Sept. 8 after someone reported he left the bag behind. Officers say the backpack held more than 3 grams of cocaine along with other drug-related items.
Heath faces multiple charges, including third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, fourth-degree possession, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment in CAP Court.
