A child welfare case in Seneca Falls led to an early morning arrest on September 11.
Kristy L. Bulla was taken into custody around 3:20 a.m. after police issued a warrant for her arrest. She faces three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Officers transported Bulla to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she awaited arraignment. Authorities also requested an order of protection on behalf of the victims.
