A New Jersey man is facing a DWI charge after deputies stopped him in Seneca Falls for a traffic violation.
The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office says Eddy E. Celiscermeno was pulled over just after noon on August 28 and was found with multiple open containers of alcohol inside his vehicle.
Deputies say field sobriety tests led to his arrest for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. A chemical test later showed his blood alcohol content was 0.10%.
Celiscermeno was released with a court appearance ticket. He’s due in Seneca Falls Town Court on September 10.
