A fight outside a business on South Main Street ended in an arrest after one man refused to cooperate with police.
Officers responded to a report of a fight on August 15 at 10:28 p.m. and found 49-year-old Robert R. Driggs of Rochester actively fighting with two other men in a parking lot.
Driggs refused to comply with officers at the scene. He was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and disorderly conduct.
He was released with an appearance ticket and is due in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
