A traffic stop early Monday morning led to charges against a Seneca Falls man accused of driving while impaired.
Police say they pulled over William A. Richmond, 59, just after 2 a.m. on August 18 after he failed to signal within 100 feet. Officers determined he was impaired by drugs.
Richmond was charged with driving while impaired by drugs and a traffic violation. He was released with tickets and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
