A Waterloo man accused of firing shots and attacking a neighbor during an April standoff faces pretrial motions in court today, according to Finger Lakes Times.
Randy Davis, 45, is charged with 13 felonies, including attempted murder of a police officer and multiple weapons and burglary offenses.
Police say Davis broke into a neighbor’s home at Mallard Crossing, stole guns, and fired from three houses — including at propane tanks — before surrendering after tear gas was used.
He remains jailed on $1 million bail ahead of trial.
