A domestic disturbance call in Waterloo led to the arrest of a man wanted on child endangerment and criminal mischief charges.
Police say officers responded to a home around 12:33 p.m. on August 15, where they encountered 52-year-old Ricardo FranquiQuinonez. During the investigation, they discovered he had an active arrest warrant out of Ontario County.
FranquiQuinonez was taken into custody at the scene and held at the Waterloo Police Department until Ontario County deputies arrived to take him into their custody.
