According to police, Stevens is charged with possession of a forged instrument in the first degree, a class C felony, and assault in the second degree, a class D felony. The forged instrument charge stems from the Auburn City Court case, while the assault charge is linked to Cayuga County Court.

Following her arrest, Stevens was transported to the Auburn Police Department, where she was processed and held pending arraignment.
