Former U.S. Rep. Brandon Williams and his wife, Stephanie, have sold their 67.5-acre truffle farm in Sennett for $1.6 million, marking one of the town’s largest home sales, according to The Citizen. The buyers were listed as Race Shop LLC.
The Williamses bought the property in 2008 and built their five-bedroom home two years later. The sale includes their hazelnut grove, planted to cultivate truffles—a venture that drew attention during Williams’ 2022 congressional run.
Williams may soon relocate, pending Senate confirmation of his nomination to lead the National Nuclear Security Administration under President Trump.
