Four new retailers set to open at Eastview Mall

Eastview Mall is expanding again, adding four exclusive merchants to its roster as it continues a steady wave of new store announcements since last spring.

On June 25, mall officials revealed that Below Zero Spa, Lolli and Pops, Swarovski, and Urban Planet will open new locations at the Victor shopping center. All four will be the only stores of their kind in the Rochester region, and three will mark firsts for New York State.

Urban Planet, a fast-growing Canadian fashion retailer targeting shoppers aged 16 to 24, will debut a 15,080-square-foot space in the Von Maur Wing before the holiday season. The brand promotes the idea that “shopping should be fun and great fashion should be accessible to everyone.”

Swarovski, the renowned crystal brand, returns to Eastview this fall with a boutique near Center Court. Known for cutting-edge design in jewelry and home décor, Swarovski’s 817-square-foot storefront will be located between Janie & Jack and Kay Jewelers.

Lolli and Pops, a candy retailer offering gummies, international treats, handmade chocolates, and novelty gifts, is also scheduled to open in the fall. The new store combines two spaces in the Dick’s Wing and will be located next to Hannoush Jewelers.

Below Zero Spa, a locally franchised wellness brand, will launch later this summer with a 2,921-square-foot location across from The Source. The spa specializes in non-surgical facial and body treatments using cold therapy and proprietary skincare products.

Eastview also announced that current tenants Box Lunch, Buckle, and Amita’s Xpress Spa will relocate into newly remodeled spaces.

The additions follow the mall’s March 2024 tenant refresh, which has brought fifteen new merchants. Seven of those have opened, including Barnes & Noble and la Vie en Rose, while eight—among them Capital One Café, Fabletics, and Fries Fries Fries—remain under construction.
