A rollover crash involving a dump truck brought emergency crews to the intersection of West Bluff Drive and Skyline Drive in Yates County late Tuesday morning.
The driver, identified as 24-year-old Jadon Mazur of Macedon, suffered a left arm injury and was taken to a hospital in a personal vehicle. Deputies cited Mazur for operating at a speed that was unreasonable and not prudent for the conditions.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office said the crash occurred around 11:20 a.m. on May 28. First responders from Penn Yan Ambulance, the Branchport Fire Department, and the Yates County Office of Emergency Management assisted at the scene.
Mazur is scheduled to appear in Jerusalem Town Court to address the citation.
