A man was arrested in Marion after deputies say he intentionally damaged someone else’s property and fled the scene.
Luca M. Gruttadaurio, 22, of Dean Road, was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree following a domestic incident on July 24, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies allege Gruttadaurio caused the damage before leaving the location. He was later found and taken into custody.
Gruttadaurio was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await Central Arraignment at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Authorities requested an order of protection on behalf of the victim.
He is scheduled to appear in Marion Town Court at a later date for further proceedings.
