A Dundee man was charged Friday in connection with a drug possession case dating back to May, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Izayah N. Dillon, 23, was arrested on July 25 and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. Deputies said the charge stems from an incident that took place on May 17 in the Town of Jerusalem.
Dillon was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Jerusalem Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
No further details about the substance or circumstances of the incident were released.
