A beloved Victor breakfast spot is getting a new life as Victor’s Central Perk and Café, according to the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle.
Husband-and-wife team Steve Budd and Jill Rizzo-Budd are revamping the former Chit Chat Café space with a modern, “Friends”-inspired vibe.
Budd will run the kitchen while Rizzo-Budd manages operations, offering breakfast, lunch, and brunch with quirky menu nods to the TV show.
Their menu will blend classics like eggs benedict and chicken waffles with gluten-free and local options, hoping to honor the spirit of the old diner while creating something fresh.
