Seneca Falls woman charged after RV damage in Sodus

A Seneca Falls woman has been charged following a property damage investigation stemming from a disturbance in the Town of Sodus.

Deputies from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Kassandra Rittenhouse after responding to a report of a verbal altercation that escalated into vandalism. Authorities allege Rittenhouse broke several windows in an RV trailer during the incident.

Rittenhouse, who resides on US 5&20 in Seneca Falls, was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree. She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Sodus Town Court on May 5 at 10:00 a.m.

The investigation was handled by Deputies Peterson and Wagner of the Road Patrol and Criminal Investigations Division.
