Keuka College is gearing up for its second annual Wellness Weekend at the Lake, a three-day event dedicated to healthy living, education, and community engagement. Scheduled for July 11-13, the event will feature nationally recognized speakers, interactive workshops, and wellness activities, all set against the scenic backdrop of Keuka Park.
Presented in partnership with the National Health Association, the event builds on the success of last year’s inaugural gathering, which attracted more than 180 participants from across the country. This year’s program will include speaker presentations, yoga sessions, guided trail walks, cooking demonstrations, and dance classes. Attendees will also enjoy whole food, plant-based meals prepared on-site.
Among the featured speakers are best-selling author and surgeon Dr. Kristi Funk, TrueNorth Health Center director Dr. Alan Goldhamer, and TV host and author Chef AJ, who returns after her popular cooking demonstrations in 2024. Other experts include whole food advocate Gene Baur, physician Dr. Kerry Graff, and Nate Salpeter, founder of Sweet Farm, a nonprofit animal sanctuary in Himrod, New York.

The event will also offer networking opportunities and a farm sanctuary tour, allowing participants to explore and celebrate the eight dimensions of wellness. Attendees can choose to stay on campus in the historic Ball Hall for the full weekend experience.
Registration is open until June 30, with early-bird pricing available for a limited time. For more information and to register, visit wellness.keuka.edu.
