A Lyons man has been arrested for petit larceny after allegedly stealing food from a Dollar General store, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies took Stephen M. Nicoletta, 63, into custody on Saturday after an investigation determined he had taken food items worth $5 without attempting to pay. The incident occurred at the Dollar General in the Town of Lyons.
Nicoletta was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
