Award-winning musician Jared Campbell energized students at Kelley School on Feb. 5 with an interactive, high-energy performance filled with music and motivation. The third, fourth, and fifth graders cheered as he mixed humor, storytelling, and uplifting songs to teach lessons about resilience, leadership, and self-acceptance.
Campbell encouraged students to embrace their uniqueness, never give up, and lead by caring for others. He shared personal anecdotes, including how his son overcame disappointment in Little League through perseverance. His message reinforced that mistakes are learning opportunities, just like restarting in a video game.
Ending on a high note, Campbell reminded students their words have power and urged them to be “history makers.” His inspiring visit left a lasting impact on the young audience.
