The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Victor man following an incident earlier this week.
On Tuesday, Thomas Tortora, 53, of Victor, was charged with second-degree harassment.
Tortora is accused of engaging in a verbal argument with another person, then throwing a tape dispenser at one of the employees at Mr. Tire.
He was issued an appearance ticket for a later date.
