An Auburn man was sentenced for sexually assaulting a teen in Cayuga County Court.
Gerald Hoffman, 49, was sentenced to 15 years in prison this week and another 15 years of post-release supervision.
He was convicted of first-degree attempted rape after sexually assaulting a 17-year-old in 2023.
Hoffman was found guilty in a three-day trial, prosecutors said.
