Cayuga Cancer Center relocates to Cayuga Park

Starting August 19, the Cayuga Cancer Center’s medical oncology, hematology, and chemotherapy services will relocate to the new Cayuga Park Medical Office Building at 401 Cayuga Park Lane, Suite 300, on the Ithaca Waterfront. This state-of-the-art facility, designed with patient needs in mind, will also feature a new Lab Services site, alongside DEXA Scan, Mammography, and Ultrasound Imaging services.

The Cayuga Park building, which opened last fall for various health services, offers improved accessibility near downtown Ithaca. Thanks to community donors, the center boasts an expanded waiting area, larger exam rooms, and a more private and efficient chemotherapy suite. However, radiation therapy services will remain at the Cayuga Medical Center.

Dr. Timothy Bael, Medical Director for Oncology Services, highlighted the community’s role in enhancing cancer care, saying the new facilities will expand exceptional care throughout the cancer journey. Patients at the Cortland and East Campus locations will continue receiving services at their respective sites. For more information, visit cayugahealth.org/cancer.
