A Seneca Falls man recently charged in a child endangerment case was arrested earlier this year on a reckless driving charge, according to the Waterloo Police Department.
Police said Justin N. Secor, 20, was taken into custody on March 23, 2025, around 4:38 p.m. after officers observed him driving recklessly on a village street and later in an occupied parking lot.
Secor was issued a uniform traffic ticket for reckless driving, a misdemeanor, and released. He is scheduled to appear in Fayette Town Court at a later date.
The arrest adds to Secor’s recent legal issues.
Over the weekend he was arrested alongside Kiley M. Bojczuk, 19, of Seneca Falls, following an overdose investigation involving a one-year-old child who ingested marijuana. Authorities said both were charged with endangering the welfare of a child after failing to provide adequate supervision.
Secor also was arrested in August 2025 on charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing stemming from an incident in Seneca Falls. He was released with an appearance ticket in that case, too.
All charges will be answered in court at a later date.
