Police arrested a man early March 30 after locating him on East Green Street with multiple bench warrants.
Justin Leyden, 38, of Ithaca, was identified by officers and taken into custody after a struggle during the arrest.
Officers approached Leyden around 5:20 a.m. on the 100 block of East Green Street. Police said he fought with officers and resisted arrest.
Leyden faced existing warrants for petit larceny and third-degree criminal trespass.
Police also charged him with four counts of second-degree harassment, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
A judge arraigned Leyden in Ithaca City Court and remanded him to Tompkins County Jail.
