Two Clifton Springs men were arrested Monday following an investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office that uncovered multiple violations of an Order of Protection.
Timmy L. Perkins Jr., 34, allegedly made 80 prohibited phone calls from the Ontario County Jail between July 2 and July 17. Due to prior convictions, each call constitutes a felony under New York State Penal Law 240.75. Richard T. Mosure, 53, is accused of facilitating 66 of those calls.
Perkins was charged with Aggravated Family Offense and is being held without bail. Mosure faces two counts of Criminal Facilitation and was released with an appearance ticket. Both are scheduled to appear in Hopewell Town Court.
