Troopers: Two Hurt in Sennett Crash

On June 22 around 3:29 p.m., state troopers responded to a two-car crash at the intersection of Countyline Road and Franklin Street in Sennett.

A preliminary investigation showed that a 2020 Mercedes-Benz C300, driven by William D. Khalil, 24, of Cazenovia, hit a 2024 Jeep Cherokee. Khalil and his passenger, John D. Khalil, 29, were taken to Upstate Medical Center with minor injuries. Two other passengers in the Mercedes, John E. Trepcos, 19, and a 16-year-old male, were not injured. The Jeep’s driver, Jordynn A. Richards, 26, of Skaneateles, was also uninjured. W. Khalil received a traffic citation.

The New York State Police were assisted by Cayuga County 911, local ambulances, and several fire departments.
