A Sennett man was charged after deputies investigated a reported threat and damage to a pool table at the same residential facility on consecutive days.
Timothy King, 58, was arrested Monday and charged with third-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief, the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office said in an Oct. 1 release.
Deputies were called to the Sennett facility Sunday afternoon after a person reported that King had threatened him and raised his arms in a threatening manner, according to the release.
The facility reported damage to its pool table Monday morning. Deputies said their investigation of both incidents led to King's arrest at about 11:22 a.m.
King was processed and brought to centralized arraignment, where an order of protection was issued. He was released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to appear in Sennett Town Court on Wednesday; the release did not give an outcome of that appearance.
