Flynn was found to have been in possession of three forged checks with the victim’s name. She negotiated these checks at a local bank without the victim’s permission, causing a financial loss.

She was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument and was placed in the Ontario County Jail for CAP arraignment.
