Ontario County man sentenced to 35 years for abduction, rape of high school student

Alexander Kise, 21, was sentenced to 35 years in prison on Friday for abducting and raping a high school student in June 2022. He must also register as a sex offender upon his release.


Kise was convicted of multiple charges, including two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of third-degree rape, three counts of unlawful imprisonment, two counts of menacing, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon. The court found him guilty of sexually assaulting, injuring, and threatening his victim while holding her captive for two days.

Additionally, Kise faces charges for allegedly plotting to hire a hit man to kill the judge, prosecutor, and a witness involved in his case. He is awaiting trial for this alleged murder-for-hire plot.
