Sheriff: Sex offender failed to register new address in Cayuga County

On May 30 members of the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office took custody of Shawn D. Woolfolk, 22, at the Monroe County Jail following an investigation into his failure to register and update his address within the required 10 days after moving.


Woolfolk is charged with Sex Offender Failure to Change Address 1st Offense (COR 168-F sub 4).

He was arraigned and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.

Woolfolk is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sennett Court on June 5, 2024, at 4:30 PM.
