The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says a Canandaigua man is in custody after carrying a large knife into the county complex.
According to a news release, Larry Carter-Center, 72, brought a 7.5 inch knife into the county complex on January 17.
As result, he was arrested for violating Local Law 2 of 1993, which prohibits bringing dangerous items into county buildings.
He was issued an appearance ticket for local court at a later date.
