I’m writing to express my enthusiastic support for John Nabinger’s campaign for Seneca County District Attorney. I’ve known John for 10 years and he is an honest, hardworking and ethical person who will look out for victims of crime.
John has decades of experience working in courts in Seneca County and throughout our region. He’s
handled literally thousands of cases – including the most serious felonies and violent crimes. He knows the law and he knows how to get things done.
Some have criticized John for his work as a Public Defender. Those critics are wrong. I strongly value law and order – and that includes following the Constitution and ensuring that those accused of crimes have legal representation in court. In fact, I think it’s incredibly honorable that John has dedicated a portion of his career to providing this critically important Constitutionally-guaranteed right.
Furthermore, I believe that John’s experience working on the defense side of the courtroom is an asset and only makes him a stronger prosecutor. From the prosecution’s perspective, who would understand the strategies and tactics of the defense better than someone with experience working from that side?
John’s legal expertise is well rounded and he has plenty of experience as a prosecutor from his time as an Assistant District Attorney in Seneca and Onondaga Counties. There’s no question that he has what Seneca County needs to handle the job of District Attorney.
Please join me in voting for John Nabinger for Seneca County District Attorney on November 7th. He is the right choice!
