The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 34-year-old Rex A. Payne, who is wanted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Authorities say Payne also has outstanding warrants with both the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and the Rochester Police Department.
He is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about Payne’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office immediately. Tips can be submitted via text or call at 315-946-9711.
The Sheriff’s Office reminds residents not to approach Payne or attempt to take action themselves.
