A Penn Yan man was taken into custody this week on an outstanding arrest warrant connected to an incident that occurred in late June.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports that 35-year-old Jordan J. Daggett was arrested at the Yates County Office Building on July 3 around 12:30 p.m. The warrant stems from a criminal mischief complaint dated June 29.
Following the arrest, Daggett was transported to Yates County Court to await arraignment in CAP Court. Additional details about the original incident were not released.
