Deputies arrested a Manchester man following a joint-investigation between the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and Ontario County Department of Social Services.
Michael Miles, 32, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
He’s accused of striking a child and leaving bruises.
Investigation into the incident justified the child endangerment charge and he was taken into custody.
Deputies said in a release that Miles was released to answer the charge at a later date.
