Canandaigua police arrested a local man following an investigation into sexual contact between a 19-year-old and child.
Dakota Murphy, 19, of Canandaigua was arrested for criminal sex act.
The charges stem from an incident where he allegedly had sexual contact with a child under 13.
He was processed and held on $20,000 bail.
