BonaDent Dental Laboratories has a new leader.
Daniele Bonafiglia-Wirth has officially transitioned to president and CEO, succeeding her father Bruce Bonafiglia. He will transition to a new role, leading strategic growth.
Meanwhile, Danielle’s sister Erin will lead anterior and complex cases.
The company will remain a staple in Seneca county and plans long-term growth to its employee headcount.
At a meeting last week the Seneca County IDA voted to continue BonaDent’s PILOT. That vote was necessary due to the technical ownership change. Even though it won’t have any impact on day-to-day of the business – officials with the IDA say the vote ensures the company and community can continue to reap the benefits of the payment in lieu of taxes.
