Police report the arrest of a Canandaigua man following a disturbance on Holiday Lane in the city.
Michael Orbino, 46, was charged with harassment after the incident.
He’s accused of striking a person several times in the chest causing injury.
Police say Orbino was arraigned at the Ontario County Jail.
