Rochester Red Wings roll past Norfolk for second straight win

The Rochester Red Wings rolled past the Norfolk Tides, 12-5, on Friday night at Frontier Field. With the victory, Rochester has won two in a row.

Franklyn Kilome started for the Red Wings and allowed a run over five innings but did not allow a hit. The right-hander also struck out eight batters.


Alex Call led the Rochester offense with three hits and three RBIs. David Dahl, Josh Nogowski, and Jake Alu each collected two hits and two RBIs. C.J. Abrams and Jake Noll also chipped in with RBIs. Everyone in the starting lineup had at least a hit except for Andrew Stevenson. Seven players had multi-hit games.
