Police took a Sodus man into custody on a bench warrant.
According to news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nolan Kelsey, 21, of Sodus for failure to appear in court.
Kelsey failed to appear in court on charges of criminal mischief and harassment.
He was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
